The truth is, there are lots of ways to begin marketing automation and it doesn’t have to be hard or expensive. It does, however, require a commitment to making a change. And I know that can be hard!
What you will find when you begin learning marketing automation, is that it opens up so many possibilities to create the auto-pilot business we all dream about. Getting started takes a little homework, some time to write, and a desire to see this transition through to completion.
What’s the best way to start learning marketing automation?
That’s easy. Ask someone you know what they use. Do a Google search for “Learning marketing automation” and start clicking, or listen to the Make Marketing Easy Podcast episode I did with Jason Wright.
It’s important to avoid picking something in this element of your business because it’s free. Sometimes, spending a bit of money to get the full, expanded features version of a software tool is smart.
Remember, you are working here to build a foundation. So if you build on solid footing, it will stand the test of time and grow with you.
If not, well, it will wash away like the Bible story about the houses built on sand and rock. Don’t be a sand foundation house builder person.
A good resource for learning marketing automation
While this site is a terrific resource for you to learn about marketing automation over time, a good book is always a handy reference tool.
